"MISSING LINK" WORLD PREMIERE

7-10PM at the Downtown Independent 

"MISSING LINK" is the visual accompaniment to the the EP of the same name released by Australian artist Nick Murphy earlier this year. With it, Nick is making good on his announcement back in September that he would be dropping his then-moniker Chet Faker to take his music in a new direction. As the title succinctly explains, the project is meant as a bridge from his past self to this new incarnation. The film also marks his directorial debut.

 

 Join us for the world-premiere of  "MISSING LINK" plus a behind-the-scenes mini-documentary exploring the context for the name change. Followed by a Q&A with Nick Murphy and co-director Johann Rashid.​
